Europe:

Rest of the world:

- Delivery time 7/15 days (working days).

- Free shipping for purchases over €100

Turkey, Norway, Iceland and Switzerland must pay special tariffs upon arrival. This increase is not the responsibility of Wabiks.

REFUND POLICIES

WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?

You have the right to exchange or return the items you have purchased on www.wabiks.com within 15 days of receipt.

All products must be unused, with labels and packaging intact. If you decide to exchange or return any product, you will be responsible for the shipping costs. As soon as we have received your return, we will proceed to make the exchange. Please note that original shipping costs will not be refunded.

We will not be responsible for the loss of products during the return.
For hygiene and safety reasons, masks cannot be returned.

HOW CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE MY SOCKS?

You can come to our factory at 5 Gamonal Street, in Madrid or send us the product by following the following steps:

1. Send us an email to info@wabiks.com indicating the reason for your return. (size change, style...) Please specify the alternative product detailing the number of items and size (Please note that changes can only be made with applicable products of equal or lesser value)

2. Send your articles to:

3. Send your items in the original packaging and with the label intact.
As soon as we receive your return shipment, we will process your request and send you a confirmation email. Please note that we cannot cover return shipping costs and you are responsible for any items lost in shipping, so we always recommend certified or tracked shipping.

IF I RETURN A PRODUCT, WILL I GET A REFUND?

Yes, you will receive the full amount of the items (the shipping cost will not be refunded). We are not responsible for the loss of items during return.

I HAVE PUT MY ADDRESS WRONG OR INCOMPLETE.

Please let us know as soon as possible and we will try to notify the transport agency. In the event that the order cannot be delivered due to this error and the order is returned to us. The order will automatically be returned, discounting the cost of shipping and return costs.
