SHIPMENTS
If your Wabiks are destined for Spain (Peninsula): the delivery time is usually between 48/72 hours (working days).
If your Wabiks are destined for the Canary Islands, the Balearic Islands, Ceuta or Melilla: the delivery time is usually between 5 to 7 days (business days).
If your Wabiks are destined for an EU country: the delivery time is usually between 2-7 days (business days).
* The manufacturing time of the socks can be 24/48 hours
REFUND POLICIES
WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?
You have the right to change or return the items you have purchased at www.wabiks.com within 15 days of receipt.
All products must be unused, with labels and packaging intact. If you decide to change or return any product, you will be responsible for the shipping costs. As soon as we have received your return, we will proceed to make the exchange. Please note that the original shipping costs will not be refunded.
We will not be responsible for the loss of the products during the return.
For hygiene and safety reasons, masks cannot be returned.
HOW CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE MY SOCKS?
You can go to our store at Calle Gandía 3, in Madrid or send us the product by following the steps below:1.Send us an email to info@wabiks.com indicating the reason for your return. (change size, style...) Please specify the alternative product detailing item number and size (Keep in mind that changes can only be made with applicable products of equal or lesser value)
2. Send your articles to:

3. Send your items in the original packaging and with the label intact.
As soon as we receive your return shipment, we will process your request and send you a confirmation email. Please note that we cannot cover return shipping costs and that you are responsible for items lost in shipping.

IF I RETURN A PRODUCT, DO I REFUND MY MONEY?
Yes, you will receive the full amount of the items (the shipping cost will not be refunded). We are not responsible for the loss of items during their return.
