DELIVERY TIME

If your Wabiks are  destined for Spain  (Peninsula): the delivery time is usually between  48/72  hours (working days). 

If your Wabiks are  destined for the Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Ceuta or Melilla:  the delivery time is usually between  5 to 7 days (business days).

If your Wabiks are  destined for an EU country:  the delivery time is usually between  2-5 days (business days).

* The manufacturing time of the socks can be 24/48 hours 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?

You have the right to change or return the items you have purchased at www.wabiks.com within 15 days of receipt.
All products must be unused, with tags and packaging intact. If you decide to change or return any product, you will be responsible for assuming the shipping costs. As soon as we have received your return, we will proceed to make the change. Please note that the original shipping costs will not be refunded.
We will not be responsible for the loss of the products during the return.

For hygiene and safety reasons, masks cannot be returned.

HOW CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE MY SOCKS?
Please make sure to follow these steps so that your return is processed correctly and efficiently:

   1.Send us an email to info@wabiks.com indicating the reason for your return. (change of size, style….) Please specify the alternative product detailing item number and size (Note that changes can only be made with applicable products of equal or lesser value)
2. Send your items to:

3. Send your items in the original packaging and with the label intact.

As soon as we receive your return shipment, we will process your request and send you a confirmation email. Please note that we cannot cover return shipping costs and you are responsible for items lost in shipping.

IF I RETURN A PRODUCT, DO I GET A REFUND?
Yes, you will receive the full amount of the items (the shipping cost will not be refunded). We are not responsible for items lost during return.
