Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Ceuta or Melilla: Delivery time 5-7 days (business days).

Europe: Delivery time 2-5 days (business days).

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?

You have the right to exchange or return the items you have purchased at www.wabiks.com within 15 days of receipt.
All products must be unused, with tags and packaging intact. If you return or exchange a product, you must pay the shipping costs. Once we receive your return, we will process your exchange or refund request. Please note that the original shipping costs will not be refunded.
We accept no responsibility for items lost during return shipping.

HOW CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE MY SOCKS?
Please make sure to follow the following steps so that your return is processed correctly and efficiently:

  1. Send us an email to info@wabiks.com indicating the reason for your return. (size change, style…) For an exchange, please identify the alternative product by specifying the item name and size. (Please note that exchanges must be made for applicable products of equal or lesser value).
  2. Send your items to:

  3. Send your items in the original packaging and with the label intact.

Once we have received your return, we will process your request and send you a confirmation by email. Please note that if you return or exchange a product, you must pay the shipping costs. We accept no responsibility for items lost during return shipping.
